Laguna Hills, CA - Seven Wagner women's water polo athletes have been named to the 2008 Academic All-American Team as announced by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC). The team is broken up into three categories - Outstanding (GPA 3.71 to 4.0), Superior (GPA 3.41 to 3.7) and Excellent (GPA 3.2 to 3.4). Out of the seven Seahawks on the team three earned outstanding accolades while three made it to the superior level with one named to the excellent squad. (more)
